Pimento Cheese Pepper Jelly Cups

= 2 package mini-phyllo shells (such as Athens brand with 15 in a package)
= 1 1/2 cup pimento cheese (I recommend Palmetto Cheese)
= 1/2 cup pepper jelly

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Remove shells from freezer and fill with pimento cheese.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes and remove from oven.
  4. Top with a little dollop of pepper jelly.
  5. Serve warm or at room temperature.
